Description

This insectivorous bat flies above the canopy, relatively large they roost in trees. Distinguished by the brown to black fur with two stripes of white fur on its belly beneath its wings. The tail extends beyond the tail membrane, a throat pouch is present in both males and females. Unlike many of the others its echolocation call is audible to humans
