Description

This bird frequents rainforests, wet sclerophyll and dry rainforest thickets where its colouring blends with the foliage. Nests are cup-shaped built from strips of bark and vines and usually slung between a couple of branches in the canopy. Head, chest and underparts are yellow-green/ olive-green in colour, wings are much darker and the feathers are white-tipped; tail feathers are dark olive-green with a darker section in the centre and are white-tipped. Legs and feet dark grey, eyes reddish-brown, bill orange.
