Indigofera trifoliata

Description

Usually an erect plant to about 70 cm tall, the leaves are trifoliolate, the lower surface particularly along the lower surface are densely covered with 2-armed or branched hairs; small circular glands are also present . Flowers clustered the leaf axils, the standard is red about 3.5 mm long, densely covered on the back with hairs and glands. The pod is square in cross-section, length varies from 8-18 mm and contains 4-8 seeds.
