Description

A perennial twiner with stems and leaves covered in brownish hairs. Leaves with three leaflets to 7.5 x 3.5 cm; stipels present. Flowers borne in 7-15-flowered racemes with a peduncle 3.5-10 cm long. Sepals are hairy, petals reddish to purplish often pale, standard to 1 cm long. Pod to 3 cm long, 3.5 mm wide, flattened, hairy; seeds 2-10 per pod.
